I've reached my optimum maximum weight

Faithful readers: I've peaked. Now its time to lose the pounds. The wife of a buddy of mine is a nutritionist/dietitian and has developed a "4 Week Weight Loss Jump Start Program". This is what I'll be eating and doing for the next 4 weeks. God help me.

  • no more than 4 hours between meals/snacks
  • multi-vitamin every day
  • 48-64 oz. decaffeinated fluid per day
  • exercise minimum 3x/week - 30 minutes of cardio
Breakfast
Kashi Go Lean Shake
1 piece fruit (size of tennis ball) or 1 cup fruit
Snack
Kashi TLC Bar
Lunch
Kashi frozen entree (300-330 calories)
Unlimited vegetables (no peas, corn, beans)
Snack
Kashi Go Lean Shake
1 piece fruit (size of tennis ball) or 1 cup fruit
Dinner
Kashi frozen entree (300-330 calories)
Unlimited vegetables (no peas, corn, beans)
Snack
Kashi TLC Bar
