What does it mean if you can read it? What does it mean if you can't?

Actually it's somewhat of a myth that only 55 out of a hundred can read it. More like if you can read English you can read it. But hey, whatever makes us feel better about ourselves. I vote green too. Light green.

This has been going around in various forms for at least 3 years....Apparently as long as the first and last letters are correct anyone who read English can read it....
