U2 3D

U2's much anticipated and highly previewed concert film "U2 3D" is opening in select cities this Wednesday, January 23rd. Guess who's going to see the film on opening night at 11:45pm? Hint: Not RCK.

RCK - Met Fan or Red Sox Fan?

A little history. I am a born and bred die-hard NY Mets fan. MK (my wife, not bro) is a born and bred Boston Red Sox fan. Fans of both teams compliment each other as they both share a hatred for the Yankees. I don't think I could have married a Yankee Fan. So, now RCK is born and has both Met and Red Sox blood. He bleeds red, blue and orange. Can he root for both teams evenly? Or does he have to pick a team?

Contrary to what my neighbor DR says, fillet mignon is a lean piece of beef. A cut of beef is considered lean if a 3 oz serving has less than 10 grams of total fat, 4.5 grams or less of saturated fat and less than 95 milligrams of cholesterol. A 3 oz serving of tenderloin roast has 170 calories 2.7 grams of saturated fat and 7.1 grams of total fat.
